What's your name and can you tell me a little about yourself?
I’m Marla Saxton. I’m a wannabe world traveler, dog mom to an English bulldog and wife to my high school sweetheart.
How did you hear about me?
We workout together at Crossfit 601.
What is the reason that you reached out?
I’ve experienced moderate success with other nutrition methods but I wanted to see what I was really capable of with one-on-one coaching. I wanted to experience a new approach.
How was your experience?
The BEST. The attention to detail and ability to help me adapt was beyond valuable.
What type of results did you accomplish?
My results were more than numbers on the scale. I saw a body composition I’d never seen before. I felt more confident in my own skin and enjoyed my summer like never before. It was a hard habit to break, but I didn’t feel the need to cover myself up as much.
What would you say to someone thinking about joining my nutrition coaching program?
Shawn is the best coach I have ever worked with. It’s important to ensure that you have your mind right and that you are ready to put in the work. But, if you have those two things nailed down and you are working with Shawn, nothing will get in your way of seeing the best results you’ve ever seen.
What was your favorite thing about working with me?
No judgement. We all have guilty pleasures. Whether I was planning ahead for a trip that might take me a little off course or just slipped up in a moment of weakness, Shawn never made me feel shameful. We just looked to the future and mapped what needed to happen to stay the course and achieve my long-term goals.
