I'm a Precision Nutrition Level 2 and Nutrition Coaching Institute (NCI) Level 1 Nutrition Coach. I am also a Crossfit Level 1 trainer.
I am pizza connoisseur and a lover of puppies, working out, and singing country music loudly in the car.
What I don't like? How confusing it can be to understand the world of nutrition to help better your life. Are carbs bad? How often should you eat? Will eating after 7 PM make you gain weight?
Listen, I get it. I have struggled with my weight for my entire life. I spent years of my life trying to find the "best" diet. The "best" nutrition choices to get the body that I so desperately wanted. The more I learned, the more I became confused.
Fast forward 6 years and I finally found what worked for me. I lost over 70 pounds and have kept it off for years. I went from being insecure, hidden, overweight to a healthy, confident, self-loving person.
The reason I became a nutrition coach is because I wish I had someone, like me, to guide me through my journey. It would have saved me years of confusion and frustration. This is my purpose now. To help those in need and weed out the BS that stops you from achieving your goals.
